Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Ben and Jerry’s Coffee Caramel Fudge Non-Dairy ice cream.
- 1 scoop Vega One Chocolate Vegan protein powder.
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen mangos
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon hemp seed
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 dates
- 10 oz or more of vanilla hemp milk. You can make this as thick or thin as you want.
- 1 packet NRG
Directions:
- Blend to the consistency you desire and enjoy!
